The accommodation comprises of a double bedroom, twin bedroom upstairs, along with bathroom including shower and separate WC. Downstairs is an open-plan kitchen and lounge, with additional bed settee. Electric is metered. A well behaved dog is welcome to come with you, and there are plenty of local walks available to guests. Car parking is directly outside each accommodation. The park has lots of facilities including four indoor pools, club with daily entertainments programme for all the family, separate children's club, crazy golf, playground and sports ground. There are lots of shops, pubs and cafe's within easy walking distance. Additionally, Torquay and Exeter are a short drive away, along with Dartmoor and many popular attractions. There are bus and train services within the village of Dawlish Warren. The beach has the blue flag award, with great walks to be had along the nature reserve and coastal paths. Prices range from £175 per week per family in April to £695 in August. Also weekend specials and mid-week breaks of 3 nights from £99 per chalet.
